Driver and vehicle selected from the dispatch console. Compliance is checked before dispatch. The driver is notified instantly.

Documents uploaded

Waybill, loading sheet, and customs declaration captured from the road. Kyros reads, extracts, and files them.

Compliance verified

Every permit, licence, and certificate checked against expiry dates. Blocked-dispatch warnings if anything has lapsed.

Invoice generated

Trip completes, invoice creates automatically from the shipment and rate agreement, then sends to the customer.

Payment recorded
